Clean Eating Day 14

Breakfast:

1 toasted whole wheat wrap with 2 tbsp natural peanut butter and ½ sliced banana


Snack:

¾ cup grape tomatoes1 low-fat string   Cheese

95 calories
Lunch:

Turkey Wrap:  3oz sliced delilow fat turkey with 4 slices cucumbers, 1 tomato, 1 slice red onion, 1tbsp hummus on a whole wheat wrap; 1 low fat string cheese.  1 apple
Snack:
1 cup steamed broccoli and ½ cup steamed yellow corn with 1oz shredded reduced-fat jalapeno cheese melted over top.


Dinner:

4oz broiled lean pork chop; ¼ cup sliced yellow onion and ¾ cup sliced green pepper sautéed in 1 tsp olive oil; ¾ cup brown rice
Snack:
3 cups popcorn
